Life coaching is a collaborative, goal‑focused process that helps people create meaningful change in their lives. A life coach supports clients in clarifying what they want, identifying what’s holding them back, and building practical strategies to move forward. It’s not therapy and doesn’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions — instead, it focuses on personal development, mindset, motivation, and action.
At its core, life coaching is about helping someone bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
I work with people who are ready for change — whether that change feels exciting, overwhelming, or long overdue. My clients come from all walks of life, but they share a common thread: a desire to feel more aligned, empowered, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges and opportunities.
People processing grief — including pet bereavement — relationship changes, or periods of emotional adjustment. They’re looking for a safe, compassionate space to make sense of what they’re feeling.
Clients who feel stuck, uncertain, or ready for a new direction. They may be changing careers, redefining goals, or rebuilding after a major life shift. Individuals who want to strengthen confidence, set boundaries, improve mindset, or reconnect with their values.
My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients to identify their strengths and values, and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes.
I have a deep understanding of human behaviour and motivation. I believe that true change comes not just from setting goals, but from understanding the underlying beliefs and patterns that may be holding us back. I also bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to every coaching session.
